Description Rear Adm. David Hahn, chief of naval research, talks to Anthony Mulligan, founder and CEO, Hydronalix, Inc., about the Emergency Integrated Lifesaving Lanyard (EMILY), a robotic device used by lifeguards for rescuing swimmers, prior to the opening of the Department of the Navy Forum for Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) Transition. The forum is a long-standing venue for connecting SBIR/STTR-funded technologies with warfighters, government acquisition and technical personnel, large primes, system integrators, and other potential partners and collaborators.
