Summary[edit]

Description
English: Buildings located at 1611 (right) 1619 (center) and 1621 (left) Connecticut Avenue NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. 1611 was built in 1895 for Ellen Mason White Colton, the widow of David D. Colton, and designed by Carl B. Keferstein. It was later the residence of Qing ambassador Chang Yin Tang. 1619 was built in 1925 and designed by Eugene Waggaman. 1621 was built in 1889 and designed by Henry P. Harned. The buildings are contributing properties to the Dupont Circle Historic District.
