Description Navy Diver 1st Class Troy Crowder, assigned to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Dive Locker, watches as Capt. David Culpepper, Commanding Officer, Naval Station Guantanamo Bay congratulates ND3 Gordon Brown after his underwater frocking ceremony during a reef survey dive at a healthy reef off the coast of Guantanamo Bay, Nov. 23, 2015. Culpepper will compare his experience with dives on more easily accessed reefs in order to assess the possible effects of recreational diving on the ecosystem.
