Motormontagewagen (1923). Dieselelectrische bovenleidingmontagemotorwagen HTM H41 "Dieseltinus" In 1923 bouwde de firma Nordwaggon uit Bremen de bovenleidingmontage-motorwagen 3 voor de N.V. Haagsche Tramweg-Maatschapij (HTM). Voor het werk tijdens de aanleg, maar ook voor onderhoud, aan de bovenleiding bestond de behoefte aan een krachtvoertuig dat zich zelf kon voortbewegen. In 1923 schafte de HTM de 3 aan, een benzine-electrische motorwagen, met een benzinemotor van het merk Faun. De motor dreef een generator aan, die op zijn beurt weer stroom leverde aan de 2 tractiemotoren. Bron: nmld.locaalspoor.nl/nl/object/2396 |
