Description
English: An amphibious assault vehicle from the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) hits the surf as it "swims" out to the USS Rushmore, anchored off the coast of Kuwait, Sept. 26. The 13th MEU(SOC) is returning home to Camp Pendleton, Calif., after deploying to Al Anbar province, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
