Description

La consejera de Fomento y Vivienda, Elena Cortés, se ha reunido hoy con representantes de la Federación Andaluza de Empresarios de la Construc-ción (FADECO), el Círculo de Empresas Andaluzas de la Construcción, Consul-toría y Obra Pública (CEACOP), la Asociación de Ingenieros Consultores de Andalucía (ASICA), la Asociación de Fabricantes de Cemento de Andalucía (AFCA), así como con los sindicatos de UGT y CCOO para abordar futuras vías de colaboración encaminadas a lograr la revitalización del sector de la cons-trucción, fuertemente afectado por la crisis económica y el desempleo, des-arrollando la rehabilitación, con el fin de alcanzar un nuevo modelo productivo que persiga la sostenibilidad económica, ambiental y social.

Durante el encuentro, Elena Cortés ha trasladado a sindicatos y patronal la necesidad de reorientar los esfuerzos hacia esta actividad econó-mica que persigue la mejora de la ciudad construida y la adecuación del patrimonio residencial existente desde la eficiencia energética, objetivos prioritarios del futuro Plan de Vivienda y Rehabilitación en el que trabaja actualmente la Junta de Andalucía. En ese sentido, la titular de Fomento y Vivienda ha ofrecido a los asistentes a la reunión un marco de diálogo para que participen con sus propuestas en la elaboración de este documento de planificación.
