Summary[edit]

Description 127-GW-224-139720: Lost at sea, because of lack of radio and radar equipment, the Japanese destroyer, Natsuzuki went sixteen miles out of her way to Formosa. Here, continuing her way out into the China Sea, a Chinese fishing junk approaches the starboard bow of the ship along the wave swept, slippery deck to hail the junk and ask directions to Formosa. The fisherman complied with the request. Photographed by T.E. McNally, January 1946. (5/5/2015).
