Barbarossa nimmt das Kloster St. Emmeram in seinen Schutz und bestätigt ihm einen schon früher in Regensburg gefällten Rechtsspruch Vitztum Udalrichs im Streit zwischen Margareta, der Tochter des verstorbenen Emmeramer Ministerialen Hartwich von Herrnwahlthann, und Abt Adalbert I. von St. Emmeram, wonach Klosterlehen nicht in weiblicher Linie vererbt werden dürfen. Gesiegelt am 5. Februar 1157 in Ulm.
