21 AVRIL 1946 : Incident sanglant provoqué par les Chinois à Hà-Nôi qui tirent sur des soldats français non armés. Il y a 11 morts. L'incident est évoqué entre le général Juin et Tchang Kai Tchek et l'évacuation des troupes chinoises de la 53ème armée peut commencer.
