Name: Kule Forest Alexandroni Brigade Memorial
Description: A memorial to the soldiers of the Alexandroni Brigade who fell in the War of Independence in the Kola battles. At the northern foot of the monument are the remains of communication trenches from the days of the battles fought here by the brigade.

שם: יער קולה אנדרטת חטיבת אלכסנדרוני
תיאור: אנדרטה לזכר לוחמי חטיבת אלכסנדרוני שנפלו במלחמת העצמאות בקרבות קולה. למרגלותיה הצפוניים של האנדרטה נמצאים שרידי תעלות קשר מימי הקרבות שניהלה כאן החטיבה.
הערות: קרבות קולה פרצו ב-10 ביולי 1948, בתום ההפוגה הראשונה. בבוקר אותו יום השתתפה חטיבת אלכסנדרוני במבצע דני לכיבוש הערים רמלה ולוד. כוחות החטיבה כבשו גם את הכפרים רנתיה, וילהלמה, יהודייה וטירה. הכפר קולה נכבש כמה שעות אחר כך בידי גדוד 89 של החטיבה.הלגיון הירדני השיב במלחמה. ב-16 ביולי הסתערו כוחותיו על המקום בו החזיקו לוחמי גדוד 32 של חטיבת אלכסנדר, שנאלצו לסגת לאחר שספגו אבדות כבדות. ב 17.7.48 כבשה החטיבה סופית את הכפר קולה(קק"ל)
