Name: Hod Hasharon Central Synagogue in Magdiel
Description: The interior of the central synagogue in Magdiel, which is located in the center of Osishkin Square, the central square in Magdiel. The cornerstone for the building was laid on February 12, 1930 in the central square of the settlement, from which its first five streets came out. The 2-story building was built as a fortress.

שם: הוד השרון בית הכנסת המרכזי במגדיאל
תיאור: פנים בית הכנסת המרכזי במגדיאל אשר שוכן במרכזה של כיכר אוסישקין, הכיכר המרכזית במגדיאל.אבן הפינה למבנה הונחה ב-12 בפברואר 1930 בכיכר המרכזית של היישוב, ממנה יצאו חמשת רחובותיו הראשונים. המבנה בן 2 הקומות הוקם כמבצר.
הערות: קירותיו העבים עשויים מלבני בטון כהגנה מפני קליעים, במעקה הגג הוכשרו חרכי ירי, והכניסה אליו נקבעה בצידו הצפוני הפונה אל כפר סבא, ממנה לא נשקפה ליישוב סכנה. בית הכנסת נחנך ב1931 בטרם נשלמה בנייתו אשר נמשכה שנים נוספות. ב-1933 הוטל מס מיוחד לשם גיוס כספים נוספים, שנה לאחר מכן הוקמו לידו שירותים, ב-1936 הוא חובר למערכת החשמל ורק ב-1944 הושלמה בניית המבנה.בית הכנסת שימש כמרכז חיי הדת , וגם שיכן את הוועד המקומי, ולאחריו את המועצה המקומית. במבנה פעלה תחנה של משטרת היישובים העבריים (ויקיפדיה)
