Di sarkoplazmaya masûlkerîşalê de ji sedan heta çend hezaran masûlkerîşalok hene. Masûlkerîşalok du cor deziyê girjdar li xwe digirin. Yek ji deziyan stûr e bi piranî ji proteîna miyozînê pêk tê û wekî deziyê miyozîn tê navkirin.Deziyê din hinek ziravtir e û bi piranî ji proteîna aktînê pêk tê ev deziyê barik jî wekî deziyê aktîn tê navkirin.

Englishː A skeletal muscle fiber is surrounded by a plasma membrane called the sarcolemma, which contains sarcoplasm, the cytoplasm of muscle cells. A muscle fiber is composed of many fibrils, which give the cell its striated appearance.
