תיאור: הבניין נבנה למשרדים על ידי האדריכלים שלמה ליאסקובסקי ויעקב אורנשטיין, עיצוב הבניין נעשה בהשפעת מבנים פינתיים דומים אשר תכנן האדריכל אריך מנדלסון,
הערות: איכותו האדריכלית של המבנה נובעת בעיקר מתפקידו כנקודת ציון המסמנת את הכיכר, הבניין בנוי בצורת האות 'V' שפינתו פונה אל הכיכר באופן סימטרי. חלק מקירות המבנה מחופים בקרמיקה אפורה שאינה אופיינית לסגנון הבנייה, גם חלונות הראווה ודלתות הכניסה לחנויות הוחלפו עם השנים, במקור הם עוצבו ברוח הבאוהאוס. בשנת 2015 נפתח בבניין בית מלון פוליהאוס. כחלק משיפוץ ושימור המלון הבניין שוחזר לאדריכלות המקורית.
