Description U.S. Marines and Sailors in charge of Continuing Promise 2010 (CP10) salute as the national anthem plays during a ceremony to begin the first baseball game in a newly renovated baseball field in Bluefields, Nicaragua, Sept. 24, 2010. The field was renovated by service members embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), which is deployed in support of CP10 to provide medical, dental, veterinary, engineering assistance and subject-matter exchanges in the Caribbean and Central and South America.
