05A8B0 pin head
Description
English: Copper alloy terminal probably from a pin, 9mm in diameter and 7mm deep. The object weighs 3.46 grams and has an even deep green patina. The objects form resembles a sphere with its lower third cut away, leaving a flat underside. This part has a yellowish patina, suggesting it has detached from something else after deposition in the ground. The object is decorated with four cut away circles, 3 are 4mm in diameter and the fourth is 6mm. the object is probably Roman or Saxon.
