Description036 loop with storage siding.png |
English: The amount of tram traffic was quite a bit higher in former East Germany, hence shorter headways and two lines terminating here being the reasons to build a double-tracked loop. Nowadays, trams usually use the outer track in regular service, whereas the inner one occasionally serves as a storage siding. The switch is manually operated. |
