Description
中文：吐國政府於112年2月17日上午在吐京國際會議中心舉行捐贈典禮，由本館林大使東亨將我資助吐國醫療及工程團隊赴Vaitupu島進行傷寒及登革熱防治計畫經費，及我中山附院捐贈之手提式超音波儀乙台暨防疫物資乙批撥交轉致吐國總理Kausea Natano，吐國衛生部常任次長Lily Faavae、代理次長Natano Elisala等人均出席，吐瓦魯電視台全程錄影採訪。

林大使致詞時感謝吐國慎重安排本次捐贈典禮，至為欣慰代表我政府將防治傷寒及登革熱經費暨相關醫療與防疫物資撥交吐政府，深信透過此次醫療器材、防疫物資及財務援助，可以提供吐國民眾更優質醫療服務，也可以保護民眾免於COVID、傷寒及登革熱等傳染性疾病的威脅。

林大使並強調，除了持續深化各項既定發展援助外，台灣政府援吐之作法亦將保持彈性，只要吐國遇有急需或危難，我絕不會遲疑伸出援手。時常聽聞以患難見真情表述台吐兩國友好情誼，實則臺吐不僅係摯友，更是親如家人，深信吐國人民均可充分感受臺灣之愛。
