中文（臺灣）：422建號日治時期為訓練所，戰後為黨部辦公室，建築型式原為木造建物，曾歷經改建，屋頂及牆身現為鐵皮構造。 421建號戰後曾為鐵路黨部禮堂，見證黨國時代的政治氣氛，建築形式為日式1樓獨棟建物，曾歷經改建，屋身為加強磚造建物，屋頂為鐵皮浪板，現況完整。
