中文（臺灣）：基地原屬螺陽公會所有，該公會為清代三邑人之一惠安人所屬媽祖神明會，為清代祭祀公業重要歷史見證，與龍山寺緊密關聯。建築群坐落之青草巷為龍山寺旁重要歷史街巷空間，店家多以經營青草藥材買賣為主，為臺北市傳統信仰、青草產業、泉州三邑移民聚集之艋舺城市中心，具有城市社會史見證意義。
