中文（繁體）：高雄美濃的粄條街，油蔥酥更是美濃粄條不可或缺的在地味美，當地業者遵循老祖先的作法，一直是堅持現榨豬油做油蔥酥，炸成金黃香酥的紅蔥頭，淋上粄條最對味，早就建立好口碑。

大鍋裡現炸豬油正在沸騰，加上紅蔥頭一下鍋，馬上香味四溢，老闆娘的手得不停的攪拌，等到炸出一鍋金黃香酥，紅蔥頭浮上油鍋就大功告成了。

新鮮現做的油蔥酥就是美濃粄條街吸引食客聞香而來，流傳上百年的不敗祕訣。
