中文（臺灣）：此張照片為1953年（民國42年）4月29日所拍攝之〈楊縣長表揚明禮國校兩學生拾金不昧留念〉的照片。從照片可以看出坐在正中央位子上的男子便是依據中華民國政府所頒布之「臺灣省各縣市實施地方自治綱要」所當選的第一屆花蓮縣縣長：楊仲鯨先生，同時其成為臺灣史上第一批由公民所選舉出來的縣長之一。站立於縣長兩邊為當時受表揚的兩位學生。明禮國校位於花蓮市明禮路上，是花蓮歷史最悠久的小學之一，1897年（明治30年）創校，初稱「台東國語傳習所奇萊分教場」，1905年（明治38年）遷移到現址後設立「花蓮港公學校」，1968年（民國57年）改名為「明禮國民小學」。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
