中文（臺灣）：圖為楊樹與平地蕃人的家屋外貌，田村新成堂發行。在漢人勢力進入花蓮奇萊平原前，居住於此的原住民族群主要為南勢阿美的七腳川、荳蘭、薄薄、里漏、屘屘社與撒奇萊雅的飽干、竹窩宛等社。而最早進入花蓮奇萊平原地區的漢人，根據文獻紀錄為嘉慶17年（1812）李享與莊找等人自宜蘭南下開墾，向居住於奇萊平原上的南勢番，包括荳蘭、薄薄、七腳川等五社通事購買土地。其後陸續有漢人從宜蘭、淡水等地招募佃農到此拓墾，形成小型聚落，漢人勢力也在奇萊平原漸漸累積。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
