中文（臺灣）：板橋浮洲劉氏古厝(門牌及巷道:)為板橋都會區早期農業歷史的見證，對板橋與新北市發展歷史具有重大社會影響。劉氏古厝建築為三合院，興建於日據時期，保存傳統民宅之空間形式，體現當時之生活形貌，乃現今板橋地區少見的古老農家建築，且兼具客家傳統民宅特色。
