中文（臺灣）：這張照片大約是在明治末年、大正初年所拍攝的，拍攝地點是在現在六期重劃區往朝日通的方向，可以看見鐵道出張，即今日的花蓮鐵道文化館，而朝日通則是現在的軒轅路，盡頭的山就是美崙山。經過交通革新、科技變遷，現在若是站在軒轅路看過去，只能見到一棟棟的水泥房子以及數排行道樹，當時日式風格房子已不復存在。照片文字中提到的賀田組，是於日治時期在花蓮的一名商人：賀田金三郎，獲得花蓮加禮苑、吳全城、加路蘭、馬黎馬憩的土地開墾承租權，開發東部製糖、製鹽、樟腦、菸草等事業，右側的房子就是賀田組的辦公室，設在後來的舊花蓮港驛正前方。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
