Description
中文（臺灣）：原脩次郎為日治時期重要的企業家、企業人員，同時也是當時自花蓮任官的人士當中任職官位最大者。由於原脩次郎對花蓮有著極大的貢獻，故1930年代，花崗山公園內建立了原脩次郎的銅像，表示紀念與感謝。然而，在戰後，原脩次郎的銅像被拆除，並在原地建起了臺灣光復的紀念碑。日治時期的「花崗山公園」現作為「花崗山田徑場」使用，田徑場周圍依然是公園綠地。如今，銅像一帶的土地被填平，作為花崗山老人會館前的廣場，而昔日的銅像現已不復存在。此影像收錄於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》一書，為葉柏強先生撰寫、花蓮縣文化局於2016年（民國105年）出版。書中記錄了花蓮近百年的城市樣貌，是一本擁有豐富文史與圖像資料的書籍。
