中文（臺灣）：黃輝煌洋樓與供作全村銃樓之得月樓，以及連接兩者的三開間「番仔厝」式假樓，位於水頭聚落中界，施工細膩，以地道連通，兼顧居住、眺望、守禦與欺敵之需要，具有全聚落防禦核心之重要地位。建築裝飾繁複且精緻，混合呈現出閩南傳統、南洋文化和西方祥瑞語彙，為金門洋樓數一數二之佳作，具體見證了三零年代金門建築營造工藝技術、金門僑商價值觀與聚落生活脈絡之歷史，極具高度歷史和藝術價值，具稀少性，已不易再見。
