中文（臺灣）：日治時期，花蓮地區原為臺東廳的管轄範圍，直至1909年（明治42年）10月，臺灣總督府敕令282號地方官制異動發佈，將臺東廳轄下的花蓮港支廳與璞石閣支廳，合併設立花蓮港廳，成為花蓮地區當地最高的行政機關。由於花蓮港廳隨著時間的發展，人口也越來越多，商業、貿易與行政等事務，也變得更繁瑣，同時行政機關也設立的越來越多，甚至有了更多的分支。此圖可見當時花蓮港廳作為行政中心，門庭若市的景象。直至1946年（民國35年），花蓮港廳改制為現今的花蓮縣。此張照片由愛國婦人會臺灣支部發行。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
