中文（臺灣）：此張照片攝於塔次基里本部，出自臺灣日日新報寫真班。「塔次基里」這個名稱，可追溯自「立霧」溪名稱的由來，其源於位在溪口北岸的太魯閣族原住民崇德部落，崇德原名Tkijig社（音譯擢其力或得其黎），日治時代譯為日語漢字「立霧」（Takkiri），戰後除沿用「立霧」之名，上游與支流亦從日語「立霧」音譯為「塔次基里」溪、「達梓里」溪。而「得其黎」（Tkilig）同時為一個太魯閣族部落的名稱，也用來指涉這個部落附近的河流。立霧溪河口曾是砂金盛產地，據記載，可追溯到17世紀時，葡萄牙人曾在立霧溪河口發現砂金，從而吸引荷蘭人至東部探金，後期也有漢人在此探勘金脈。此影像收錄於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》一書，為葉柏強先生撰寫、花蓮縣文化局於2016年（民國105年）出版。書中記錄了花蓮近百年的城市樣貌，是一本擁有豐富文史與圖像資料的書籍。 |
