“Rəşadətli əməyə görə” nişanının Əsasnaməsi

1. “Rəşadətli əməyə görə” nişanı dövlət qulluğunda, iqtisadiyyat, elm, təhsil, səhiyyə, mədəniyyət, idman, hüquq-mühafizə və sosial sahələrdə, ədəbi-bədii yaradıcılıqdakı nailiyyətlərə, Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının ictimai həyatında səmərəli fəaliyyətə görə verilir. 2. “Rəşadətli əməyə görə” nişanı Azərbaycan Respublikasının orden və medalları və “Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasına xidmətlərə görə” nişanı olduqda onlardan sonra taxılır. 3. “Rəşadətli əməyə görə” nişanı ilə təltif olunmuş şəxslərə nişan onun vəsiqəsi ilə birlikdə təqdim olunur.

“Rəşadətli əməyə görə” nişanının təsviri

“Rəşadətli əməyə görə” nişanı gümüşdən hazırlanmış, qızıl suyuna çəkilmişdir və diametri 35 mm, qalınlığı isə 2,5 mm­-dir. Nişan səkkizguşəli ulduz şəklindədir. Nişanın ön tərəfində yuxarı çevrə boyunca “RƏŞADƏTLİ ƏMƏYƏ GÖRƏ” sözləri yazılmış, aşağı hissəsində qoşa sünbül təsviri vardır. Yazı və təsvirlər qabarıqdır. Nişanın arxa tərəfi hamar səthlidir və bərkidilmək üçün müvafiq element var­dır. Ortasında nişanın nömrəsi həkk olunmuşdur.
