Português: Dois cromatogramas de uma mesma amostra. No primeiro utiliza um arranjo instrumental mais simples e não se tem a resolução e seletividade adequada para separar todos os picos. Já o segundo consegue-se alcançar seletividade e resolução adequada, praticamente eliminando o efeito de matriz. |
