حيث تمثل إقليم كردفان (ولايات شمال وجنوب وغرب كردفان) ، وكذلك إقليم دارفور (ولايات شمال وجنوب ووسط دارفور). ، وإقليم جبال النوبة. الصور من جبال النوبة مكونات الطعام : 1. العصيدة : تتكون من دقيق الزرة 2. التقلية : تتكون من اللحم المجفف وصلصة الطماطم والبصل والزيت وعدد من البهارات 3. الإناء : وهو يسمي القدح وهو صنع بلدي ذو شكل دائري يتكون من الخشب
