العربية: التبسي هي طبق يتكون بشكل رئيسي من الباذنجان أو البطاطس مع البصل، غالباً ما تحتوي على اللحم المفروم في المطبخ العثماني، وهي منتشرة في الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا، يُقال أنها مصرية الأصل والبعض يقول أنها شامية وهناك اختلاف في منشئها والصحيح أن أصلها يوناني أو تركي وانتقلت بعدها للشرق الأوسط
English: Tepsi is a dish consisting mainly of eggplant or potatoes with onions. It often contains minced meat in the Ottoman cuisine. It is spread in the Middle East and Europe.
