فارسی: کمک‌های انسان دوستانه ارائه کمک‌هایی به صورت مواد و تدارکات به مردم نیازمند است. معمولاً این کمک‌ها کوتاه مدت است تا در دراز مدت توسط دولت و نهادهای دیگر جایگزین شوند و اغلب به آوارگان، قربانیان بلایای طبیعی، جنگ و قحطی تعلق می‌گیرد. هدف اصلی کمک‌های انسان دوستانه نجات جان انسان‌ها و کاهش درد و رنج و احترام به کرامت انسانی است. (تصاویر مربوط به بسته بندی ارزاق اصلی و مورد نیاز مناطق زلزله زده کرمانشاه است که توسط بنیاد مردم نهاد مشعر در حال مدیریت و بسته بندی است)
English: Humanitarian aid is material and logistic assistance to people who need help. It is usually short-term help until the long-term help by government and other institutions replaces it.
