| Description |
English: Bull spermatozoa diluted by different diluents, then did a smear on the glass, dried in air. Depending on the local conditions and the composition of the medium, in an optical microscope we can see equatorial belt and postequatorial segments (left), if the environment is good cover cell (fortification is important for the cryopreservation), the belt is not visible (photo right). Experiments continue. Українська: Сперматозоїди бугая розбавляли різними середовищами, потім робили мазок на склі, висушували на повітрі. В залежності від локальних умов і складу середовища в оптичному мікроскопі можно бачіти екваторіальний пасок і постекваторіальні сегменти (фото зліва), якщо середовище добре вкриває клітину (фортефікує, що важливо при кріоконсервуванні), то паска не видно (фото справа).
