Description
Русский: На этой картине в лучах солнца нежатся зеленые крыши исторических зданий 19 века, относящихся к хорошо известной в те давние времена парфюмерной фабрике С.И.Чепелевецкого. Главный усадебный дом 1830 г. расположен по адресу Лавров пер., 6, а за ним в глубине еще 10 строений собственно фабрики, которые находились в Красной книге общественного движения «Архнадзор». Мосгорнаследие посчитало, что эти здания не имеют «самостоятельной архитектурной ценности» и находятся в основном в аварийном состоянии. Правда, обсуждение целесообразности было публичным... И буквально в конце февраля 2023 года начались демонтажные работы.
