Description
English: As part of the research work on the topic "Clinical and metabolic risk factors for the development of arterial hypertension (AH) in schoolchildren of the Krasnodar Territory", under the guidance of the staff of the Department of Pediatrics No. 2, residents perform a cardio-respiratory synchronism test developed by a scientist from the Kuban State Medical University to determine adaptive status (ASD) in children with AH. Identification of functional changes in the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and in their regulatory mechanisms will make it possible to better manage the formation of sustainable long-term adaptation in children with hypertension, to contribute to understanding the criterion for assessing the relationship between the psychological state and somatic manifestations of RAS disorders as the optimum of life activity in specific conditions. Such independent work of residents allows developing skills in working with complex diagnostic medical devices, communicating with patients, as well as skills in statistical processing of the data obtained.
