Description
Русский: Инструкция (буклет) по принятию участия в программе «Миллион призов» для жителей города Москвы для возможного получения призовых баллов, которые можно потратить на продовольственные и непродовольственные товары, аптечные товары, пополнение карты «Тройка», билеты в заведения, посещение ресторанов/кафе. Давалась после участия в общероссийском голосовании по внесению изменений в Конституцию РФ. Несвободные изображения «мужчины с призом», «подарков» и двенадцатизначного цифрового кода закрыты белыми бумажками. Была получена мною ещё в июне 2020 года
English: Instruction in Russian how to participate in the "Million Prizes" program. This program was intended for residents of Moscow and was designed to stimulate participation in the elections. The intruction was given after particiaption in 2020 Russian constitutional referendum and gave the opportunity to win reward points that can be spent on food and non-food products, pharmacy products, replenishing the Troika card, tickets to establishments, visiting restaurants/cafes.
