Русский: Культура клеток 6 -часового роста в основном была представлена делящимися клетками. В данных клетках выявлялись фигуры деления в виде поперечных инвагинаций и перетяжек клеточной стенки, а также почкующихся кокко-образных фрагментов. Гетерогенность микробной популяции сохранялась только по таким параметрам как форма, размеры и объем бактерий, но по строению тонкой структуры клеток популяция была абсолютна гомогенна, 97-99% микробов составляли молодые и интактные клетки. English: After 6 hour growth was mainly represented by dividing cells. In these figures dividing cells identified as transverse invaginations constrictions and the cell wall and budding coccus-shaped fragments. Heterogeneity of the microbial population was maintained only by parameters such as shape, size and volume of the bacteria, but in the structure of the fine structure of cells in the population was absolutely homogeneous, 97-99% of germs were young and intact cells. |
