Из культуральной жидкости исчезали старые и поврежденные клетки, а число бактерий с интактной ультраструктурой увеличилось до 80 – 90 % English: In the course of cultivation, after 4 hours culture microbial population has undergone significant qualitative changes. From the culture broth disappeared old damaged cells and the number of bacteria with intact ultrastructure risen to 80-90%. |
