а) срезы органов (толщиной 5-15 нм), б) мазки (крови, костного мозга и т.д.) и отпечатки (напр., селезёнки), в) плёнки (брюшины, мягкой мозговой оболочки), или тотальные препараты Чаще всего используются срезы. Приготовление препарата обычно включает 4 следующих этапа: а) взятие и фиксация материала, б) обезвоживание и уплотнение материала, в) приготовление срезов, г) окрашивание препаратов и заключение в консервирующую среду.English: According to the nature of the material taken, the following types of histological preparations are distinguished: a) organ sections (5-15 nm thick), b) smears (blood, bone marrow, etc.) and prints (e.g., spleen), c) films (peritoneum, soft meninges), or total preparations Slices are most often used.
