3D visualization of HPLC-MS chromatograms of rat heart sample

Summary[edit]

Description
English: A three-coordinate graph, visualizing signals of substances in rat lungs sample obtained by HPCL with mass spectrometric detection. Each peak on the graph is an individual substance. The mass axis "M/Z" postponed mass-to-charge ratio; Right axis "Retention Time" - retention time of the substance on the chromatographic column; Vertical axis - signal intensity.
