Русский: Расходные материалы для проведения полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), и наконечники, и пробирки, должны соответствовать множеству строгих правил. Так как процесс крайне чувствителен ко внешним воздействиям, к расходникам, которые для него применяются, предъявляются повышенные требования. Например, полиэтилен, из которого изготовлены пробирки или планшеты для ПЦР, обязан быть максимально нейтральным и не нарушать ход реакции
