Description
Русский: Дом купца Звездина: улица Карла Маркса, 107, Стерлитамак, Башкортостан. Дом купца Звездина – это старый кирпичный двухэтажный особняк, расположенный в историческом районе Стерлитамака. По одним сведениям он был построен в конце XIХ века, по другим – в 1910-х годах. Если судить по внешнему виду здания, то сразу бросается в глаза, что первый и второй этажи здания совершенно разные по архитектурному стилю. Вероятно, в 1910-х годах был надстроен второй этаж на возведенное ранее здание. Дом купца Звездина представляет собой прямоугольное в плане здание с главным торцевым фасадом и слегка смещенным вправо арочным входом, украшенное небольшой люкарной. Если первый этаж фасада здания украшен, пускай скромным, но довольно приятным кирпичным декором, то второй этаж полностью лишен каких-либо украшений, отчего фасад здания выглядит каким-то неестественным. Сейчас в доме купца Звездина располагается местная прокуратура, которая сделала пластиковую входную пристройку, закрывающую центральный арочный вход, и уродующую исторический облик здания.
