Description
Русский: Дом Цепляева: улица Карла Маркса, 86 / улица Багдана Хмельницкого, Стерлитамак, Башкортостан.

Дом Цепляева, 1905–1907 годов постройки, является объектом культурного наследия регионального значения, включен в единый госреестр объектов культурного наследия народов России. Здание поставлено на государственную охрану на основании распоряжения Кабинета Министров Башкирии от 13 апреля 1994 года № 359р. В 2013 году оформлено охранное обязательство собственника объекта культурного наследия.

Дом Цепляева построил купец Алексей Цепляев (1881 года рождения), женившийся на одной из самых красивых девушек Стерлитамака и дочери одного из самых богатых людей города — Анне Дьяконовой. После революции и гражданской войны работал, где удавалось пристроиться. 17 декабря 1937 года был арестован, приговорен к лишению свободы на 10 лет. Умер на Беломорканале в 1940 году, реабилитирован 22 сентября 1989 года. С женой ранее он развелся: не признал третьего ребенка, дочь. Второй раз уже не женился.
