Description
Українська: На світлині - тестовий диск з мікроскопічними тріщинками (дефектами) які стають видимими при застосуванні методу магніто-люмінесцентної дефектоскопії. Це різновид магнітно-порошкового методу дефектоскопії. Особливість методу полягає в тому, що частинки магнітного порошку містять люмінофор, що світиться при випроміненні контрольованих виробів ультрафіолетовим світлом, завдяки чому дефекти (в даному випадку мікротріщини) виявляються більш чітко. Для зчеплення люмінофора з феромагнітними частками використовуються целюлози або легкоплавкі смоли. Магнітно-люмінесцентна дефектоскопія особливо ефективна при контролі виробів з темною поверхнею. Використання магнітно-люмінесцентної дефектоскопії у поєднанні з фотоелементами дає змогу автоматизувати процес контролю. Світлина виконана мною особисто у 2017 року в м.Полтаві під час лекції студентам з неруйнівного контролю. Д.т.н., проф. Білецький Володимир Стефанович.
