Description
Svenska: Östgöta arméflygbataljon (AF2) vapen 1985-1998. Senare förd av Östgöta helikopterbataljon (4.hkpbat, 1998-2004) och Östgöta helikopterskvadrons (2. hkpskv, 2009-) vapen.
Blasonering:I rött fält Östergötlands vapenbild, en grip med drakvinge och draksvans av guld samt med blå draktunga och beväring, i vart av sköldens hörn åtföljd av en ros av silver. Skölden lagd över två korslagda enkelvingade svärd av guld. Krona: Kunglig.
English: Coat of arms of the Östgöta arméflygbataljon (Östgöta Army Air battalion), and later Östgöta helikopterbataljon (Östgöta helikopter battalion) and Östgöta helikopterskvadron (Östgöta helikopter squadron), part of the Swedish Air Force.
Blazon: Gules, the provincial badge of Östergötland, a griffin segreant or with dragonwing and tail, armed and langued azure between four roses argent. The shield surmounting two one-winged swords in saltire, or.
