English: f' Force Survivors from the 'death Railway
A crowded, chaotic scene showing a flat, water-logged landscape with hills in the distance. In the foreground prisoners sit on the ground between stretchers holding sick or dead men. Standing amongst the prisoners are uniformed soldiers and men with Red Cross arm bands. Several bodies are being carried away on stretchers towards the train waiting in the background.
