Mewman, an equipment operator with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, 3rd Naval Construction Regiment, I Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), waters the dirt foundation before a team of Navy 'SeaBees' lays concrete on a section of runway at Camp Taqaddum. I MEF (FWD) supports Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq (MNF-W) to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi Reconstruction.
