Title
'Rounded' scraper
Description
English: A 'rounded' flint scraper of likely Neolithic - early Bronze-Age date c.4000 - 1000BC.

Description: The scraper is made from a rectangular shaped piece of flint with rounded edges. The scraper has retouch along three edges which due to the length of the sides is 85% of the edges. The retouch on the right side of the dorsal face is short scaled and semi-abrupt, while on the bottom edge it is short, scaled abrupt retouch. The retouch on the left edge is however flaking angled towards the ventral face and is short scaled and semi-abrupt. The ventral face has a shallow bulb of percussion with clear conchoidal rippling and a clear bulb scar. The flint is mottled various shades of dark grey with a small bit of beige cortex on the top right corner of the dorsal side

Measurements: 51.61mm long, 40.13mm wide, 12.12mm thick and 31g in weight.
