Summary[edit]
Description'Lefal' or tunnel into the Ddol pit - geograph.org.uk - 314614.jpg |
English: 'Lefal' or tunnel into the Ddol pit. This tunnel is now collapsed. Rock from the pit was processed in 'waliau' (dressers hutments) situated to the right of the area photographed. The finished produce was then hauled up the incline on the right and sent down the Ffridd Incline (left).
